Booking Policy

1. Reservation Process

All reservations at DD Home 2 Suites are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a written confirmation from our hotel reservations team.

Guests are required to provide accurate personal information including full name, valid government-issued photo ID, contact number, and email address at the time of booking.

2. Advance Payment

A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your reservation:

• Short stay (1–7 nights): 100% of the first night's room rate
• Weekly stay (8–30 nights): 50% of the total booking amount
• Extended stay (31+ nights): 50% of the total stay amount as advance deposit

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected at check-in for all stays. The deposit amount varies by room category — ranging from ₹5,000 for Deluxe Rooms to ₹20,000 for Presidential Suites. The deposit is refunded within 7 working days of check-out, subject to deductions for any damages or outstanding charges.

4. ID Verification

All guests aged 18 and above are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, and PAN Card. Failure to provide valid ID may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Cancellation Policy

5. Cancellation by Guest

• More than 7 days before arrival: Full refund of advance payment, less a processing fee of ₹500.
• 3–7 days before arrival: 50% refund of advance payment.
• Less than 3 days before arrival: No refund. The full advance payment is forfeited.
• No-show: Full booking amount for the first night will be charged. The reservation will be held until 12:00 PM on the following day, after which it will be released.

6. Cancellation by DD Home 2 Suites

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, maintenance emergency, etc.), we will provide a full refund of all payments made and make reasonable efforts to assist in finding alternative accommodation.

7. Early Check-out

For extended stays, a minimum 15-day written notice is required for early check-out. Early departure without adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and a charge equivalent to 15 days' room rate.

8. Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash (Indian Rupees only)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net Banking / Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
• Corporate cheques (subject to clearance)

9. Extended Stay Billing

For extended stay guests, room charges are due on the 1st of each month. A grace period of 3 days is allowed. Late payment beyond the grace period will attract a late fee of ₹500 per week. Persistent non-payment may result in termination of the stay.

10. GST and Taxes

All rates quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST at the prevailing government rate will be added to all invoices. A GST invoice will be provided upon request. Corporate guests requiring GST invoicing must provide their GSTIN at the time of booking.

Check-in & Check-out

11. Standard Times

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Early check-in (before 10:00 AM) is subject to availability and may attract an additional charge of ₹1,000.
• Late check-out (after 2:00 PM) will be charged at ₹500 per hour, subject to availability.

12. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and considerate environment for fellow hotel guests. Parties, loud gatherings, or activities that disturb other guests are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

• Government-issued ID details (as required by law)
• Payment information (processed securely; card details are not stored)

15. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: (a) government and law enforcement agencies as required by law; (b) service providers who assist in our operations (payment processors, IT providers) under strict confidentiality agreements.

16. Data Retention

Guest records are retained for a period of 7 years as required by Indian tax and hospitality regulations. Website analytics data is retained for 24 months. You may request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting us at privacy@ddhome2suites.com.
