1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Guest" or "User") and DD Home 2 Suites ("the Hotel", "we", "us"). By making a reservation — whether online, by phone, email, or in person — you acknowledge and accept these Terms in their entirety.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking shall govern your stay. We encourage you to review these Terms before each booking.

2. Our Services

DD Home 2 Suites is a luxury boutique hotel providing premium accommodation and hotel services on a short-stay and extended-stay basis. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Elegantly appointed Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Plus Suites, and Presidential Suites
• Daily housekeeping and premium linen service
• High-speed fibre internet access throughout the hotel
• Access to hotel facilities including parking
• 24-hour front desk and concierge assistance
• In-room dining and room service (subject to availability and additional charges)

All services are provided subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes in advance.

3. Eligibility

To make a reservation at DD Home 2 Suites, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid government-issued photo ID
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who fails to meet eligibility requirements or who misrepresents their identity or purpose of stay.

4. Guest Obligations

As a guest of DD Home 2 Suites, you agree to:

• Use the accommodation and hotel facilities in a responsible and lawful manner
• Pay all charges, including room rates, applicable taxes, and any additional services availed
• Report any damage to the property promptly to hotel management
• Not grant access to the room or suite to any unauthorised person
• Vacate the room on or before the agreed check-out date and time
• Comply with all hotel rules, government regulations, and local laws during your stay
• Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises

5. Property Rules

Smoking Policy

DD Home 2 Suites is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, suites, corridors, common areas, and within 5 metres of building entrances. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Violation of this policy will result in a deep-cleaning charge of ₹10,000.

Visitors Policy

Registered hotel guests may receive visitors between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. All visitors must register at the front desk with valid ID. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior written approval from hotel management. Additional charges may apply for unregistered occupants.

Noise Policy

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to maintain a noise level that does not disturb neighbours at all times. Persistent noise complaints may result in termination of stay without refund.

Pets Policy

Small pets (under 10 kg) are welcome with prior approval and payment of a refundable pet deposit of ₹2,000. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Pets must not be left unattended in hotel rooms for extended periods.

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furniture, fixtures, or common areas during their stay. Damage costs will be assessed at market replacement value and deducted from the security deposit. Additional charges may apply for damage exceeding the deposit amount.

6. Liability

DD Home 2 Suites takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of its hotel guests. However:

• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables of guests or their visitors.
• We are not responsible for any personal injury occurring on the premises unless directly attributable to our negligence.
• We are not liable for service interruptions (electricity, water, internet) caused by external factors beyond our control.
• Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and personal belongings insurance for their stay.

Our liability to any guest shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant stay period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the DD Home 2 Suites website, including text, images, logos, design elements, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of DD Home 2 Suites and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of website content is permitted provided appropriate credit is given.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your stay or our services, we encourage guests to first contact our management team directly at complaints@ddhome2suites.com or call +91 98765 43210. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 working days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, and the language of proceedings shall be English.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
